C. Images & Inspection Data
If you upload images or inspection information into NspectAI:
Images may be temporarily processed by AI tools to generate narratives.
We do not permanently store images unless you choose to save them.
We do not use your inspection data to train outside AI models.
You retain ownership of all images and inspection content.
D. Google Calendar Integration (Optional Opt-In)
NspectAI offers an optional opt-in feature that allows users to sign in with Google and integrate with Google Calendar. This integration enables users to send, manage, and update calendar invitations directly from the NspectAI mobile application for property inspections.
Calendar invitations created through this feature may include:
The property address
Inspector details and contact information
The scheduled date and time of the property inspection
Client and realtor information as applicable
When you enable this integration, users can create, update, and delete calendar invitations directly within the mobile application as they manage their inspection schedule.
By enabling this integration, you grant NspectAI access to the following Google account permissions:
View and edit events on all of your Google Calendars
See your personal info, including any personal info you have made publicly visible
See your primary Google Account email address
Associate your account with your personal info on Google
All data accessed through Google is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can review Google's Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
NspectAI does not use Google Calendar data for any purpose beyond enabling the scheduling features described above. This integration is entirely optional and can be disconnected at any time through the "Calendar Integration" page in the mobile application.
