Company: NspectAI, LLC (“NspectAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NspectAI website, mobile application, AI features, and any related services (“Services”). By using NspectAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

 

 

1. Use of the NspectAI Platform

You agree to use the NspectAI Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable home inspection laws, licensing regulations, and professional standards.

You acknowledge that:

  • NspectAI provides software tools, not professional advice.

  • You, the inspector, are solely responsible for your inspection findings.

  • AI-generated content is for assistance only and must be reviewed and approved by you before inclusion in any report.

You maintain full responsibility for your inspection conclusions and any recommendations given to clients.

 

 

2. AI-Generated Content

NspectAI provides optional AI features designed to help create:

  • Observations

  • Recommendations

  • Color-coded classifications

  • Inspection notes based on user-submitted photos or text

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI output must be verified by the inspector.

  • AI may produce content requiring correction or editing.

  • NspectAI is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated text.

You agree not to rely on AI output without review and approval.

 

 

3. User Accounts & Beta Access

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access

During beta access:

  • Features may change, be added, or be removed

  • Performance may vary

  • Data may not be permanently stored

  • The service may be interrupted for updates

Beta users agree to use the platform as-is.

 

 

4. User Content & Ownership

You may upload:

  • Photos

  • Notes

  • Inspection comments

  • Property information

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

You grant NspectAI a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content only to:

  • Provide AI analysis

  • Generate inspection narratives

  • Enable platform functionality

We do not sell or use your photos or inspection data for external training or marketing.

 

 

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

  • Reverse-engineer or copy NspectAI systems

  • Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content

  • Use the Services for inspections outside your licensing authority

  • Represent AI output as final without review

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

 

 

6. Disclaimers

The NspectAI Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of AI output

  • Availability or uptime

  • Compatibility with all devices

  • Error-free performance

NspectAI is not responsible for:

  • Your inspection findings

  • Your recommendations to clients

  • Compliance with state licensing regulations

YOU, the inspector, are the final decision-maker.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NspectAI is not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

  • Claims related to property defects, omissions, or inaccurate inspection findings

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the prior 12 months.

 

 

8. Third-Party Services

NspectAI may integrate or link to:

  • Hosting providers

  • Analytics platforms

  • Email delivery systems

  • Authentication tools

We are not responsible for third-party policies or performance.

 

 

9. Modifications to the Service

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.

This may affect beta features or current functionality.

 

 

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time.

NspectAI may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the platform

  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

 

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

NspectAI may update these Terms from time to time.

The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
